As Managing Director of Smith Hanley Consulting Group, Bonnie A. Knowles oversees the daily operations of her division. She also plays an active role in client management, working with managers and on-site vendors within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries to meet their needs for contract employees and other staffing solutions.

Bonnie has shaped a talented team whose foundations are built on the philosophy of developing long-term relationships by delivering quality service through dedication, strong ethics, honesty, and trust. Bonnie strives to find creative solutions for clients and candidates, creating win-win scenarios.

Bonnie joined our company in 1999 as an Account Manager and was progressively promoted to Principal Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Team Leader. In 2003, she hired, trained, and managed a team of account managers that was one of the most productive for Smith Hanley Consulting Group until she was promoted to Managing Director in January 2006.

When Bonnie joined our company, she brought with her a successful background in healthcare marketing. She has been able to apply the knowledge she gained conducting advertising, marketing, and community relations for nine years at Florida Hospital, the largest private, not-for-profit hospital system in the state.

Bonnie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis on marketing, at the University of Central Florida and attended Rollins College for graduate studies. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the Drug Information Association, and the Society of Clinical Data Management.

Among other notable recognitions, Bonnie has been a member of the Smith Hanley / inVentiv Clinical President's Circle, a milestone for account managers and recruiters who achieve a certain level of success, since 2003. In 2006, she also received a distinguished award for Accelerating the Performance of Smith Hanley Consulting group from the inVentiv Health Chief Executive Officer.
