Larry Goodman
Senior Account Manager and Team Leader
As a Senior Account Manager, Larry Goodman maintains quality customer service for existing clients and develops new partnerships within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Specifically, he screens and refers qualified candidates to clients with open contract positions, arranging interviews and communicating feedback to clients and recruiters. As a Team Leader, he leads a team of account managers.
Larry joined our company in 2001 as an Account Manager and earned a promotion to Team Leader in 2005. Previously, Larry worked as both an Account Manager and Recruiter for two other reputable recruiting companies for three years. Larry's honest and ethical approach with clients has resulted in successful, long-term business partnerships with some of the largest pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the United States.
Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication at the University of Florida. He has been a member of the Smith Hanley / inVentiv President's Circle since 2004. He is also a member of the Drug Information Association.
