As a Senior Account Manager, Jim Owens maintains quality customer service for existing clients and develops new partnerships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Specifically, he screens and refers qualified candidates to clients with open contract positions arranging interviews and communicating feedback to clients and recruiters. As a Team Leader, Jim leads a team of account managers.
Jim joined our company in 2001 as a Clinical Recruiter and earned a promotion to Senior Account Manager and Team Leader in 2002. His forte is offering unconventional solutions to conventional needs. By thinking creatively, finding unique pricing solutions, and offering innovative ideas, he is able to present clients with flexible, tailored solutions.
Jim has over 11 years of contract staffing experience. Prior to joining our company, he served as the Branch Manager for an information technology staffing firm for two years and as a Corporate Recruiter for a higher education firm for three years. Jim also gained valuable training and management knowledge as National Coordinator for an international restaurant corporation, successfully opening 32 national and international stores.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication at Rollins College.
