As a Senior Account Manager, Mary Painter maintains quality customer service for existing clients and develops new partnerships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Specifically, she screens and refers qualified candidates to clients with open contract positions, arranging interviews and communicating feedback to clients and recruiters. As a Team Leader, Mary leads a team of account managers.
Mary joined our company in 2004 as an Account Manager and earned promotions to Principal Account Manager in 2004, Senior Account Manager in 2005, and Senior Account Manager and Team Leader in 2006. She believes in excellence, dedication, and professionalism and encourages it with her team, who strive to build strong working relationships with their clients. They also aim to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet all of our clients' needs.
Mary gained experience in developing and growing relationships with existing and new clients as an Account Manager in the information technology industry for nine years. The position offered her a strong transition with placing clinical consultants in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, where she understands her clients' sense of urgency, professional needs, and the importance of a personal touch.
Mary earned a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration at the University of South Florida.
