As a Principal Recruiter and Team Leader, Andrea Henderson specializes in the recruitment of contract professionals for major Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Contract Research Organizations nationwide. Her focus is mainly on our "core" positions which include SAS Programmers, Statistician's and Clinical Data Managers. As a Team Lead she will develop, manage, and mentor a team of Recruiters while striving to increase her own personal productivity and performance levels.
Andrea joined Smith Hanley in 2004, earning a promotion to Team Lead beginning in 2008. She works diligently to identify the highest caliber candidates and with extraordinary attention to detail presents them to Smith Hanley's clients in top quality format. This is accomplished through her commitment to spend as much time as necessary getting to know each candidates strengths, career aspirations and individual motivations resulting in stronger, lasting, employer/employee relationships.
Andrea has a total of ten years of professional and diverse Recruitment experience and demonstrated track record of top performance and is consistently recognized for her outstanding ability in negotiation, and sales. The majority of her experience has been recruiting contractors in the Clinical Research and Information Technology fields, however she is also experienced in permanent placement and recruitment of other types of professionals.
Andrea was honored in 2007 when she became a part of the Smith Hanley/inVentiv Clinical President's Circle, a milestone for account managers and recruiters who achieve a certain level of success.
