As a Senior Account Manager Lead, Michelle Ortiz-Raventos maintains high-quality customer service for existing clients and develops new partnerships within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Specifically, she screens and refers qualified candidates to clients with open contract positions, arranging interviews and communicating feedback to clients and recruiters.
Michelle joined our company in 2004 as an Account Manager and earned promotions to Principal Account Manager in 2005 and Senior Account Manager in 2006. Michelle strives to maintain positive results in building successful long-term relationships with clients and consultants by effectively communicating and driving end results for our company and herself.
Prior to joining our team, Michelle worked over fifteen years for a telecommunications company in several management roles including Project Management, Operations and Business Management, Asset Management along with Managing Employees. There, she focused on effectively communicating and supporting customers both internally and externally. She managed multiple projects including successfully reducing expenses for several cost initiatives. She understands and values the importance of building relationships at all levels.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Management at Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix. She is currently completing her dissertation for her Doctorate degree in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
