As a Principal Recruiter and Team Leader, Tanya Loaiza recruits qualified candidates searching for positions with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. As a Team Leader, she manages, mentors, and trains a team of recruiters.
Tanya joined our company in 2001 in an HR administrative role, and then promoted to Recruiter in 2003. She earned a promotion to Team Leader in 2007. She is committed to working with her candidates on finding the best opportunity for both professional and personal growth, as well as maintaining lasting relationships. By working with integrity and passion, she listens carefully to the needs of her clients and candidates in order to make the best match.
Prior to joining our team, Tanya worked in the computer electronic component industry for 6 years in several roles including: Executive Asst., Payroll Supervisor and HR Manager.
Tanya attended Miami Dade College for undergraduate studies in Psychology.
