As a Senior Recruiter, Neisha Camacho hires, manages, mentors, and trains a team of recruiters. She is also actively involved in the hands-on recruitment of qualified candidates searching for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device positions.
Neisha has 16 years of experience in the staffing industry. She began her career with a personnel agency in 1991 and signed on with us as a Senior Recruiter and Team Leader in 2000. She earned a promotion to her current position as Director of Recruiting in 2005.
Neisha is committed to understanding her clients' goals and to offering detailed care and attention from the beginning of every relationship in order to deliver top-notch service that exceeds clients' expectations. She leads her team in this way, as well, expecting exceptional quality and service from each member.
Neisha attended Pace University in New York City for undergraduate studies and is certified as both a Temporary and a Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel.
