As a Senior Recruiter, Mary Cole recruits qualified candidates searching for positions with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. As a Team Leader, she manages, mentors, and trains a team of recruiters.

Mary joined our company as a Recruiter in 2001 and earned a promotion to Senior Recruiter and Team Leader in 2006. Mary strives daily to create and maintain the kind of unique relationships with candidates and clients for which our company is known. Working with integrity, Mary identifies individual needs and goals that will benefit candidates and clients alike.

Before joining our team, Mary gained valuable experience in the staffing industry working for a large company as a Staffing Supervisor and Onsite Project Recruiter for three years. She was also employed by a public relations firm, where she honed her communication skills and learned the importance of building strong relationships.

Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she also minored in English. She also attended Rollins College for graduate studies, with a focus on employee training and development. She is certified by the National Association of Temporary and Staffing Services and accredited in employment law. She is also a member of the Drug Information Association.

Mary was honored in 2007 when she became a part of the Smith Hanley / inVentiv Clinical President's Circle, a milestone for account managers and recruiters who achieve a certain level of success.
