Noemi joined our company in 2001 as a Recruiter and earned a promotion to Senior Recruiter and Team Leader in 2005. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships with clients and consultants whose careers and businesses can benefit from her assistance. She also works to empower her team and enjoys watching them succeed. By operating with integrity, listening closely, and working to understand the needs of others, Noemi aims to ensure the right matches.
Noemi joined our company after working as a Technical Recruiter for an information technology and engineering staffing firm for nearly five years. She learned the applicable skills needed to succeed as a recruiter by working with contract and direct hires in the telecommunications, defense, commercial, and manufacturing industries. She also worked as a Certified Nurse Technician for three years, where she gained valuable healthcare knowledge.
Noemi attended the University of Tampa for undergraduate studies and she is a regular attendee of PharmaSUG, the pharmaceutical industry's Statistical Analysis System Users Group.
Noemi was honored in 2005 and 2006 when she became a part of the Smith Hanley / inVentiv Clinical President's Circle, a milestone for account managers and recruiters who achieve a certain level of success.
