As a Principal Recruiter, Lisa Harper specializes in clinical operations, regional monitoring, drug safety, regulatory affairs, contracts management, and medical writing. As a Team Leader, she manages, mentors, and trains Smith Hanley's scientific recruiting team.
Lisa joined our company in 2004 and earned a promotion to Team Leader in 2006. She is dedicated to listening to candidates, identifying their career goals, and understanding their motivations. By building strong relationships with them and providing a high level of quality customer service, she has achieved success for both her clients and candidates. She strives to deliver complete information to her candidates that will aid them in making well-thought-out decisions to help them achieve their professional objectives.
Prior to joining our team, Lisa recruited accounting, administrative, and mortgage professionals at a local staffing company for nearly two years. She also worked in the event planning business for four years, where she coordinated special events and activities for corporate and incentive travel groups.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation at the University of Florida.
