Deloris Jones
Senior Account Manager / Team Leader
As a Senior Team Leader, Deloris Jones is responsible for managing, mentoring, and training a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality customer service for our company's pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device company clients.
Deloris joined our company as an Account Manager in 1999 and earned promotions to Principal Account Manager in 2000, Senior Account Manager in 2001, Team Leader in 2002, and Senior Team Leader in 2005. Excellence in service is Deloris' motto. She and her team strive to maintain exceptional service while building strategic relationships with current clients and developing new partnerships.
Deloris gained valuable healthcare knowledge before joining our company when she was employed as a Research Nurse for 10 years. In this role, she recruited, screened, enrolled, and maintained patients on clinical trials according the Good Clinical Practice guidance issued by the International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH). She has experience in phase I to IV multiple therapeutic areas. As a result, Deloris understands the lingo and she is familiar with all stages of clinical trails.
Deloris earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at Belhaven College.
Deloris has been a member of the Smith Hanley / inVentiv Clinical President's Circle, a milestone for account managers and recruiters who achieve a certain level of success, since 2003.
