As a Senior Recruiter, Christina Kinchen recruits qualified candidates searching for positions with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.
Christina, who is bilingual, joined our company as a Recruiter in 1998 and earned promotions to Principal Recruiter in 1999, Senior Recruiter in 2000, and Team Leader of Recruiting in 2002. In 2007, Christina chose to serve as a Senior Recruiter, where she focuses her efforts on building lasting relationships with qualified candidates and helping them achieve their professional objectives. Christina strives to find the best match for clients and candidates, carefully listening and offering extensive career advice to her candidates.
Prior to joining our company, Christina worked in her family's business conducting sales for four years. She also worked in marketing, serving as a Manager for a mortgage company for three years.
Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. She is a member of the International Chinese Statistical Association.
Christina has been a member of the Smith Hanley / inVentiv Clinical President's Circle, a milestone for account managers and recruiters who achieve a high level of success, since 2003.
