Salary, Plus Full Benefits
If you opt for the salary and full benefits package, you will be provided:

Hourly Employee (W2)
If you choose to become an hourly employee, you will be paid at a higher rate, but will be offered
fewer benefits. The benefits you will receive include:

Corporation
For some assignments, if you own a corporation with a Federal Tax Identification number, we may be able to pay you as a corporation.
*Per Diem
Per diem can only be paid for 12 months on the same assignment and it cannot be made retroactive.
Our daily per diem guidelines are based on federally established rates, which can be accessed via the
U.S. General Services Administration web site under the Travel Resources link. In order to be eligible:
- The job location must be at least 50 miles each way from your permanent residence.
- You must show proof of primary and secondary residences.
- The taxable rate must be greater than $10 per hour.
