Niki can help you throughout your time as a consultant with Smith Hanley, including:
- General Q&A regarding your employment with Smith Hanley
- Relocation questions (including transportation, cost of living expenses, per diem, temporary living, etc…)
- Administrative questions (including time cards, expenses, etc…)
- Liaison between Human Resources and the recruiting staff
- Recognition of achievements and coordination of Consultant appreciation events
- Site visits for proactive and ongoing relationship maintenance
- Issue resolution and troubleshooting
- Exit interviews
About Niki
Niki Bush has been with Smith Hanley Consulting Group since 2004. During this time, she has worked closely with Smith Hanley Consultants
assisting and supporting them during the interview and hiring process. She also collaborated with Smith Hanley Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure efficiency throughout the recruiting process.
